These terms govern your use of the Online Beauty Bar website and services. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, located in the United States, and hold an approved distributor account. Accounts are granted on an invitation or application basis.

Account Terms

  • One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • Phone verification is required to access your account.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Ordering and Payment

  • Products are sold at wholesale prices based on your distributor tier.
  • Pricing is tiered by volume. Your tier determines the wholesale rate applied to your orders.
  • We accept card payments and bank transfers (Zelle). All sales are denominated in US dollars.
  • Orders are confirmed only after payment is received and verified.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Shipping

  • We ship within the United States only (all 50 states).
  • Standard processing time is 1 to 3 business days.
  • Shipping costs vary by method and are displayed at checkout.
  • Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on shipped orders. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.

Intellectual Property

The Online Beauty Bar name, logo, branding, and website content are the property of Online Beauty Bar LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our branding without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Online Beauty Bar LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Language

The English version of these terms is the binding and controlling agreement. Translations into other languages are provided for convenience only. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered distributors of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
